2.5Gbps APD Receiver Module - with Multi-Rate CDR

This optical receiver module is a high-performance APD receiver for 2.5Gbps optical transmission systems. Inside its compact package, it integrates an APD/TIA optical detector unit, limiting amplifier and power monitoring circuits, and multi-rate CDR (clock data recovery) circuits. This module provides both data and clock output.
